Merry Christmas From Buster

Image
Welcome my crafty friends, Today I have another Spinner Square Pop Up card for you.  This card is so much fun I just can't help myself.  Funny thing is I bought this Karen Burniston Die Set to make an altogether different card which I have not made yet as I have been having so much fun making these cards.  I believe that this is going to be one of those dies I will get my money's worth out of it.  I did not do a tutorial as it would basically be same as the chicken card I previously posted.  Buster the dog is another old die of Karen Burniston's which has been discontinued but I am sure you can find another dog die.  Hope you enjoy this card. Thanks for stopping by today and until next time - Happy Crafting! Christine

Brownie the Cow Pop Up

Hello My Crafty Friends, Just a quick post of latest card I created.  I have been having a blast using Karen Burniston's Spinner Square Pop Up die set.  There are so many possibilities for this set.  Tonight I have created barn with Brownie the Cow inside for our grandson who milks cows nights after school and weekends.  Besides the Spinner die set I have used a couple of old Karen Burniston dies that have been discontinued. Hope you enjoy this card I have been anxious to do it since I did the chicken card for his sister. Thanks for stopping by and until next time - Happy Crafting! Christine

Welcome My Crafty Friends, Today I have a card that I did for our granddaughter's birthday.  They have been raising chickens for a long time so I thought it would be fun to do a chicken card for her. My card uses Karen Burniston's Square Spinner Pop Up die set along with a couple of her discontinued dies Cheeper the Chicken and the Chicken Wire die.  Here is how I created the card. Step 1   Form card base from white Soft Finish Cardstock 4-1/4" X 5-1/2" Step 2   Cut 3 pcs. of patterned paper 4" X 5-1/4" ( ModaScrap - Wood Effects used here) .  Adhere 1 to card front ( NOTE : When and if you add patterned paper to the front you will need to run through machine several times with another piece of cardstock laid over it due to thickness) 1 to the right side inside card using Clear Double Sided Adhesive.  The third piece is to be adhered to left side just on left edge of card base so chicken wire can be added after cutting opening. Step 3   Die cut Chicken Wi

Welcome my crafty friends I am here today with a card I created for a fellow employee celebrating his 80th birthday.  Through the years he has on several occasions helped round up a bat or two. Card was created using Karen Burnison's Spinner Square Pop Up die along with an old die of Karen's from another company Midnight the Bat.  Karen has wonderful Youtube videos that really are great guidance to build your cards - this was a fun card to create.
