Welcome my crafty friends,

It has been a long time since I posted and I am sorry but it just has been a crazy summer.  I do hope that you are all enjoying your summer.

I have worked on cards but just haven't taken the time to post and unfortunately these cards do not have tutorials but I have links to the products I used so you just have to click on the picture and it will take you to the site.  If you have questions on how I did something please message me and I will gladly respond.

For those of you who don't know Susan's Garden has gone to Tonic Studios and she will have a new release of dies in September and she has asked me to be on her Design Team which I feel honored as well as excited and of course I accepted so be sure to keep checking back she has some great dies coming.

Good Morning Everyone!  Sorry it has been so long since I have posted but I have been busy getting ready to go to Creative Keepsake Convention and then going to convention. I had a great time taking classes, shopping, eating and enjoying great friends. My post today is using one of Susan's Garden new dies and one of Karen Burniston's pop up dies.  It was hard to get a good clear picture because of the shine from the glitter. Card base is an A2 size card (4-1/4 X 5-1/2) 1.  Panel is made by using Karen Burniston's accordion rectangle die.  Attach a piece of sticker paper  4-1/2 X 5-3/4 to a pc of white cardstock the same size using clear double sided adhesive. Cut 1 frame from this.  Cut the rectangle and tabs from center of frame and the long tab on the left edge of the frame. A Breath of Spring

Hello My Crafty Friends! Finally the daffodils are blooming and tulips are starting to put on buds - Spring has finally arrived here in Maine. Today my card is one that a friend has requested for her mother.  I have chosen several spring flowers from several Spellbinders Susan's Garden releases to create my card.  For my card I have used S4-1085 Lily of the Valley from Spring flora, S4-1175 Lilac from Garden Favorites, S2-340 Forget Me Not from Garden Gate and S5-470 Vase, Daffodil & Narcissus from Summer Flora.   The card base is one I have done before using other shapes for window Sam Calcott has a YouTube video for it (Acetate Hexagon Card) you can find it here .  I chose to do circle instead of hexagon and cut my cardstock 7" square and circles were 4-3/4" and 3-3/4".  I created a box for the card using  Donna Griffith's How to make your own custom sized boxes YouTube video found here  it is a great video.  I chose to add a framed win...

Family Hydrangeas

Hello My Crafty Friends, Today I have another card for you that I created,  my inspiration actually being bouquet of dried hydrangeas that sits on my dresser in an old antique vase.  The hydrangeas are ones that grow across the front of my house they are called Bobo.  These hydrangeas have been on my dresser since I cut them last fall and one day as I looked at them my inspiration hit me. Inspiration: Here is how it was created. Step 1   Card base is 5" X 7 - I used Tonic Studios Craft Perfect Ivory White Card Blanks.  These card blanks are very nice quality also com in white and other sizes. Step 2   Cut colored cardstock 4-3/4" X 6-3/4" using Oval die set ( Susan's Garden Notes Fitted Frame It used here) choose oval one size smaller than what you want for opening - die cut oval in cardstock keeping it close to top.    Cut Ivory cardstock 4-1/2" X 6-1/2"  Using next size up oval die cut oval adhere ivory on top of colored using Clear Doubl...
