Deepest Condolences

Welcome My Crafty Friends,

Well here in Maine we have had our 3 days of summer - yesterday morning there was a frost here and a few tomato plants were lost hopefully that is it for frosty weather until fall.

My daffodils have come and gone but these paper ones will last forever.  My card today was created using Susan's Garden Notes Daffodil and Narcissus, Galvanized Bucket and Ladder Fern along with Spellbinders Shapeabilities - Contemporary Diamonds.

Card is 6 X 6 from white cardstock.  Black cardstock cut 5-3/4" square attached to card front using clear double sided adhesive.  White cardstock cut 5-1/2" square embossed then adhered to card front.

Spellbinders Contemporary Diamonds cut twice from cardstock with clear double sided adhesive once from black once from green.  Black outline piece adhered to left side of card front then green cut out pieces set into openings.

Susan's Garden Notes Galvanized Bucket cut twice once from black cardstock with clear double sided adhesive on back.  Adhered 1 on top of other.    Texture paste was spread over bucket left to dry.  Fresh Copper Nuvo Embellishment Mousse spread over bucket and handle.  The very center of handle was cut 3 times from black cardstock then adhered to center.  Couple of pop dots adhered to back center of bucket then adhered to right side of card front leaving opening at top.  Adhere handle to bucket.

Several Garden Notes Ladder Ferns were cut from green cardstock shaded and shaped then adhered in bucket using Kids Choice Glue.

5 Daffodils were created using Susan's Garden Notes Daffodil / Narcissus die set cut from white cardstock, colored with Copic Markers then shaped (Susan has great videos on her Facebook page Susan's Garden Club).  Daffodils were adhere to card front using Kids Choice Glue.

Stamped sentiment on white cardstock matted it with black cardstock adhered to card front with dimensional tape.

Thanks for stopping by today hope that it was inspiring!

Until next time - Happy Crafting!

Christine
