Horseshoe with Lily of the Valley

Hello Paper Gardeners,

Today I have created a frame card using Susan's Garden Club Spellbinders new Spring Flora Release dies Lily of the Valley and Ivy from Ferns & Ivy set.  Love this new Lily of the Valley die set.

Card base is 6" X 6" patterned paper cut 5-3/4" X 5-3/4" attached to card front using clear double sided adhesive.  Frame was created per Susan's instruction on her "live video" here (Coreopsis and Frames).  I created a 6" X6" frame instead of an 8" X 8" so my measurements are 4 pieces of white cardstock 6" X 3-1/4" scored at 3/4", 1-1/4", 2" and 2-1/2".  When making cut out you come down 3/4" instead of 1"

Horseshoe was cut on Cricut 3 times colored with brown and gray Copic markers.  Use Bearly Art Glue to adhered horseshoes together. Metallic rub ons used over top.  Adhered to card front using Bearly Art Glue in several spots on back of horseshoe.

Ivy was cut from Susan's Garden Specialty Cardstock then colored with Copic marker - 2 full length and 2 small pieces were cut and colored.

Lily of the Valley flowers were cut from Susan's Garden Specialty Paper 4 times and leaves and stem were cut from green cardstock.  Susan will have an assembly video up on YouTube shortly for all her new Spring Flora release.

Arrangement was added to horseshoe using Kids Choice Glue.

Corners were cut from white cardstock using Spellbinders Lace Hearts die set.  They were adhered to each corner of frame using Kids Choice Glue (I spread a little on back of my hand then rubbed back of each corner piece over to add glue to back).

Thank you for stopping by today I do hope that I have inspired you to create your own card.

I have linked items below so if you click on them they will take you directly to site if you buy anything through the links there will be no extra cost to you but I will earn a small commission which helps cover cost of my supplies.

Until next time - Happy Crafting!
