Heirloom Daffodils & Peach Blossoms Anniversary Card
Hello my crafty friends!
Today I have a 5" X 7" card I created adorned with Susan's Garden by Spellbinders flowers. I have used the Peach Blossom from Susan's newest release Garden Favorites as well as Heirloom Daffodil and Antique Vase from Summer Flora Collection.
Base is 100# cardstock cut 10" X 7" scored at 5" on 10" side.
Patterned paper cut 6-3/4" X 4-3/4" adhered to card front using Clear Double Sided Adhesive.
Penny Black Window Die was used for window backed with piece of cardstock made to look like sky. Attached to card front using Clear Double Sided Adhesive. (window doesn't show much but it is there).
Using Susan's Antique Vase die from Summer Flora Collection 2 were cut from navy blue white core cardstock adhere 1 on top of other using Bearly Art Glue. Once dry (it dries quickly) vase was embossed with embossing folder then lightly sanded so white core is revealed on pattern. Next Ultra Thick Embossing Powder was used put in freezer for few minutes then bent to crack. Distress Vintage Photo rub over vase.
2 pop dots were used in center back of vase and Kids Choice Glue was used around very outer edges of vase staying away from top opening then added to card front.
All the flowers were created using Susan's Garden Specialty Paper and shaping with Susan's Garden Deluxe Tool Kit. Kids Choice Glue was used to construct flowers. Leaves were cut from green cardstock then shaded with ink and PanPastels.
Peach Blossoms were created using die from Susan's newest release Garden Favorites. You can find Susan's YouTube video on creating them here.
Heirloom Daffodils were created using dies from Susan's Garden Summer Flora Collection. You can find Susan's YouTube video for creating them here.
Flowers were added to vase using Kids Choice Glue.
Sentiment was stamped in black it is from Susan's latest release Garden Favorites Quotes. An old Spellbinders Deckled Edge die was used to cut out then pop dots added to card front.
Thank you for stopping by today I do hope it has inspired you to go create your own card.
Until next time - Happy Crafting!
Christine
