Mock Orange Shadowbox Card

Hello my crafty friends!

Another Shadowbox Card for you this time in a 5" X 7".  I like doing this frame as it is out of 1 piece of paper.  The card is 5" X 7" and the opening for your bouquet is 3" X 5".   My bouquet of Mock Orange S3-496 from Spellbinders Susan's Garden Through the Arbor release along with Berry Branch / Autumn Foliage from Birds & Bees Garden Collection.  The bottle I created using Shrink Plastic which can be found in most craft stores. 

Susan did this Shadowbox Frame Card on her Garden Club 2 "Live" February 28, 2024 which can be found here   Paper that I used for frame is P13- Hello Summer.  I absolutely love this paper.

The bottle was created using Shrink Plastic also known as Shrinky Dink.  I cut a bottle on my Cricut approximately 8" tall (this is something you would have to play around with for size) my bottle ended up approximately 2-3/4" tall.  I traced my bottle pattern onto the Shrink Plastic then colored with a brown alcohol marker.  With my heat gun and tweezers to hold in place I shrunk the plastic to size.

Spellbinders Susan's Garden Mock Orange S3-496 from Through the Arbor release was used cutting 7 flowers from Susan's Specialty Paper, 2 stem & leaves from watercolor paper (these were colored using alcohol inks) and shaped using Susan's Deluxe Tool Kit.  Susan has a YouTube video for creating the Mock Orange which can be found here.

I had some yellow berries I had already made so I cut them apart and used in my bouquet.  The Berry Branch is in Autumn Foliage set from Birds & Bees Garden Collection.

Using Kids Choice Glue around the very edge of bottle leaving top free of glue adhere to bottom of opening.  Next I added the stem and leaves then the flowers.  The berries were added last.
