Hello my crafty friends! Todays card was created for a dear friend that is fighting a battle with Cancer.  I am hoping it will brighten her day a little. My card is a slimline 4" X 9" and adorned with a Susan's Garden Azalea & Garden Pot from her Botanical Garden Release.  The Sentiments are from Essentials by Ellen - Ellen Hutson Courage Stamp & Die Set.  Spellbinders Diagonal Stripes Slimline Embossing Folder was used for the white mat. White 110# cardstock was cut 8" X 9" then scored at 4" folded in half.  Designer paper (P13 Forest Tea Party P13-FOR-03 was used) cut 3-3/4" X 8-3/4" adhered to card front using Clear Double Sided Adhesive.  White layer was cut 3" X 8" then embossed (Spellbinders SES-024 Diagonal Stripes Slimline used here).   Using Susan's Garden Azalea & Garden Pot S5-636 from the Botanical Garden Release flowers were cut from Susan's Garden Specialty Paper and the leaves and pot were cut from wate...

Hi my crafty friends! Today I have a "Survivor card I created.  It is another slimline card adorned with Susan's Garden flowers.  Embossing folder is Spellbinders 3D slimline embossing folder.  White 110# cardstock cut 8" X 9" scored at 4" folded in half.  Designer paper ( I used Mintay Peony Garden MT-PEO-02 ) cut 3-3/4" X 8-3/4" and adhered to card front using Clear Double Sided Adhesive.  White embossed mat was cut from white card stock 3" X 8" embossed (sorry it has no info on it other than E3D-087 which does not show up on Spellbinder site).  Once embossed it was adhered to card front using Clear Double Sided Adhesive. Hello my crafty friends! Lately I have been trying to get caught up on my cards - not doing any the last 6 months I have a lot to get caught up on. Today my card is a Z Fold card 6" X 6" closed.  I have adorned it with Susan's Garden Landscape Rose from the Botanical Garden Collection along with Arrow Wood Viburnum from Winter's Grace Collection. Card base is 6" X 12" 110# white cardstock scored at 3" and 6" fold on score lines so it is a mountain fold and a valley fold.  designer paper ( from my stash) was cut 2-3/4" X 5-3/4" (2 pc) 5-3/4" square (1).  Adhere designer paper to card base using clear double sided adhesive. Next I cut 3 (only need 2) of the largest large Diamonds from green cardstock ( Spellbinders Essential Diamonds S5-525) and 3 white in next size down.  Sentiments stamped on 2 of the white diamonds.  White pieces were attached to green diamonds using clear double sided adhesive.  Using a clear drying liquid glue on ...

Hello My Crafty Friends! My card today is for a young woman that is going through Breast Cancer Treatment just a little something to brighten her day.   My card has Susan's Landscape Rose and Forsythia from the Botanical Garden release and Black Alder from the Winter's Grace release.  The 3D embossing folder is Concentric Square by Lisa Horton. Card base is a 6 X 6 tent fold card base created from 6 X 12 100# cardstock scored at 6 ( card could also be a side fold I just like tent fold).  Black Glitter Cardstock was cut 5-3/4 X 5-3/4 for 1st mat adhered to card front using Clear Double Sided Adhesive.  Second mat was cut from white cardstock 5-1/2 X 5-1/2 and embossed using Lisa Horton LHCEF126 Concentric Square 3D embossing folder then adhered to card front using Clear Double Sided Adhesive.   Hello My Crafty Friends!  Wow it has been almost 7 months since I posted any cards as I have been very busy in my yard and also got a new puppy.  I will try to post some pictures of what I have been doing. Today I have a card for you that I created which was requested by a friend. I used  Spellbinders Susan's Garden Hydrangea S4-1347 from the Botanical Garden release.   My card is a 6 X 6 tent fold card.  The first mat is navy blue cardstock cut 5-3/4" X 5-3/4" and adhered to card front using Clear Double Sided Adhesive.  The next mat was cut from white card stock 5-1/4 X 5-1/4 then embossed using Altnew Angled Mosaic 3D Embossing Folder and adhered to card front using Clear Double Sided Adhesive.
