Cyclamen 75th Birthday

  Hello my crafty friends! Today I have another 75th Birthday Card for another dear friend.  My friends and I are at this age now. My card that I created is a Z Fold Card .  110# white cardstock was cut 6" X 12" then scored at 3" & 6". Designer paper (I used P13 Forest Tea Party 03 ) was cut 2 pieces at 2-3/4" X 5-3/4" and 1 piece 5-3/4" square then attached to card base using Clear Double Sided Adhesive .   From white cardstock I cut the largest circle from Spellbinders S5-431 Picot Petite Circle set.   Left side only of circle was attached to front 3" panel lining it us so it was centered on 6" X 6" card Wash Bucket from Susan's Garden S5-615 Nasturtium & Wash Bucket die set (Through the Arbor Collection) was created and attached to Picot circle.   Next I printed a greeting on white cardstock and die cut  using a circle die that was just a bit smaller than the picot circle.  The circle was then attached to the center ...

Basket of Paperwhites

  Hello my crafty friends! Today I have a slimline card for you and will say right up front I wish I had put basket at the bottom of the card as I normally would but was trying to mix things up a bit.   I created  card using Spellbinders Susan's Garden  S4-1364 Paperwhites from Winters Grace Collection along with S4-1115 Gathering Basket from Holiday Collection.     Spellbinders S6-186 Fluted Classic Slimline dies were used to cut frame.  Spellbinders / Simon Hurley E3D-080 Woven 3D Embossing Folder was used on the basket to emphasize the basket weave.  Spellbinders S4-201 (small) and S4-202 (large) Deckled Rectangle dies were used for sentiment. Card base is 4" X 9" and designer paper was cut 3-1/4" X 7-3/4" adhered to card front using Clear Double Sided Adhesive .  Using the 3 largest dies from the  Fluted Classic Slimline Die Set a frame was cut from green cardstock.  Bearly Art Glue was used to adhere the frame over t...

Happy 75th

  Hello my crafty friends! Today I have a card I created for a friend who was turning 75 .  As you can see I have used spring flowers as I am really wishing for spring to hurry up and get here. The flowers are all created from Spellbinders Susan's Garden dies which are as follows S4-1085 Lily of the Valley (Spring Flora Collection), S1-125 Glory of the Snow (Snow Garden Collection), S4-1178 Trillium (Garden favorites Collection) and Berry Branch from S4-1079 Foliage & Ladybug (Autumn Flora Collection). My card base is a 5" X 7" from 110# white cardstock.  Mat layer is 4-3/4" X 6-3/4" pink cardstock embossed using Lisa Horton's 3D Embossing Folder LHCEF Lily of the Valley Blooms which was then adhered to card front using Clear Double Sided Tape. Oval was cut from black cardstock using Spellbinders S5-401 Candlewick Ovals then adhered using Clear Double Sided Adhesive.
